You should first review your booking confirmation email to ensure that you chose to receive your tickets by postal delivery and that you did not choose another delivery method.

Where the customer has opted for postal delivery, typically posts the tickets within 72 hours of the order being placed, unless stated otherwise at the time of ordering.

If you received a booking reference number for tickets to be delivered by post, it is likely that your tickets are on their way to you or will be shortly.

If you have not received your tickets within 48 hours of the event, please click here to contact us immediately to inform us that the tickets have not yet been arrived. Please include your booking confirmation number, contact details, the details to be corrected and clearly state your query.
